Leadership Development

Everyone is a leader. Whether a formal or an informal one, in an organisation or beyond. That is my fundamental belief.

Leaders always have an impact on the people around them. It is therefore important to know the impact you have and want to have as a leader. This requires self-awareness!

And so leadership development starts with the person of the leader: developing self awareness and personal leadership.

From this place of self awareness and personal leadership you will more consciously create meaningful relationships with the people you lead. You engage in crucial conversations, those that really matter to both the other and yourself. While keeping in mind what might drive the other person. The skills to do this will also be developed or supported. You learn to translate personal leadership towards your behaviour as a  leader in your organization.

How to develop leadership? There are many ways to do this, amongst which:

Coaching is one of the most powerful ways to develop yourself and to become a successful leader. Leaders who work with a coach have been found to be better leaders.
Leadership Programmes
Leadership programmes are always tailored to the needs of your organization and the individual participants. These programmes are strongly linked to the challenges of your own organization. They can contain different methods: from 360 ° feedback surveys to stretch assignments, from storytelling to business projects.

Consultancy and Design

Are you thinking about developing leadership within your own organization? Or have you already decided to offer a leadership programme to your management team and is it now time for the next step? I deliver the following services:

  • Determining the desired impact and therefore the goals of the development programme.
  • Design of the programme and it’s different interventions. All tailored to the context of the organization.
  • Implementation of the programme, from project management to coordination of activities.
  • Selection of facilitators, coaches and locations.When implementing I coordinate and supervise the process on both individual and group level. And of course I do this in close collaboration with you and your staff. Part of this can be that I train and coach some of your staff so that they themselves will be able to facilitate the change process.

A leadership programme always reflects the values and culture of the organization. This applies to programmes for both junior leaders and senior executives.
